About: Made for More is Zettle by PayPal's new communication platform and also the first global campaign that has been done in the last couple of years.
Challenge: Zettle has been suffering from the same childhood diseases as most emerging and young brands and that is short term communication and the urge to re-invent themselves every 3 months. Also, how do we clearly communicate our various digital offerings when our strongest brand asset is our card reader?
The Made for More platform has been developed to support all communication, in all channels throughout the whole funnel for a longer period of time. It is our boiled down expression of what we believe in, what we represent and what we have to offer. It is the ethos that runs through everything we do from purpose to product.
Solution: The campaign is based in the life of 7 fictional merchants in a magical hightened reality. Every asset tells a different story ranging from dreams, aspiration and diversity to everyday challenges our merchants have and how we as a company can help them out. (The full campaign consists of hero film, 15-20 sec stand alones, 6 sec short edits, social and display and acqusition images).
Results: The result was a double-digit increase in the brand awareness and ad recall, as well as Best in Class and Brand Uplift on YouTube. And also all time high when it comes to value per new acquired customer.
